Domain Knowledge Model
The approach allows checking models under development whether they are semantically correct within particular do main i e how a model corresponds to basic domain knowledge captured in ontology.
Domain knowledge model. In our study a multi task cascade deep learning model mcdlm was proposed which integrates radiologists various domain knowledge dk and uses multimodal ultrasound images for automatic diagnosis of thyroid nodules. The domain model is a representation of meaningful real world concepts pertinent to the domain that need to be modeled in software. The domain model is defined and continuously refactored as enterprise knowledge about the domain improves and the system functionality evolves.
Domain knowledge provides the context for building these models. Domain knowledge can help us understand how our data are collected and hence the appropriate methods for preprocessing. This really expands on my first point about having a plan of attack when learning.
